A fascinating reference book for (re)assessing how to taste wine. As the title suggests, one should consider not just flavor but also structure - i.e. acidity for whites and tannins for reds. Even if not necessarily a cover-to-cover read, still many invaluable perspectives, quite a lot of which I have hopefully subconsciously absorbed. Not rated.
